NARS Program....

A program which was made by Pres. Arroyo. This gives no job and underjob nurses a good start. I was fortunate to be included in this program in the 2nd batch, the problem... will there be a 3rd, 4th batches? this program does not just benefits the nurses and their families, but also the country.
